Lukavic

The problem. An independent-music client wanted a dedicated home for artists and their followers instead of another general-purpose feed. Profiles had to present work at full quality, and the community team needed moderation tools it could actually keep up with.

What we built. A cross-platform community app with rich artist profiles, media posts, a follower feed, event listings and direct messaging, backed by a moderation toolkit built for a small team. Flutter front end, Node.js API, Firebase and AWS S3 for media.

Outcome. Artists and audiences now have a single, unbranded space; media is served at full quality; moderation is manageable by two people.

Remote patient monitoring · Mobile app · 2025

HealthCare Pro

The problem. A healthcare provider needed a HIPAA-conscious mobile app so clinicians could follow patients' vitals and medication adherence between visits, with data from wearables rather than manual entry.

What we built. Cross-platform iOS and Android app with real-time data sync, secure clinician–patient messaging and wearable integration over HL7-compatible APIs. Flutter, Firebase and AWS, with encryption at rest and role-based access throughout.

Outcome. Clinicians see current readings without phone calls; patients report high usability; the platform was built to meet HIPAA and data-privacy requirements from the first sprint.

FitNue

The problem. A gym wanted members to keep training away from the facility. Plans, history and goals had to stay consistent across phone and wearables, and coaches needed to adjust programmes without seeing members in person.

What we built. Guided workout plans with video demonstrations, progress tracking, HealthKit and Google Fit sync, in-app messaging, and a coach view for assigning and adjusting programmes remotely.

Outcome. Workouts, history and goals live in one place across devices; activity is captured automatically; coaches manage plans from anywhere.

Retail marketplace · E-commerce platform · 2024

Bibo

The problem. A boutique retailer with physical stores had no online shop, and any online channel had to keep stock in sync with the tills rather than oversell.

What we built. A customised Shopify Plus storefront with a React front end, POS and inventory integration over REST APIs, a B2B ordering role alongside the consumer shop, and a mobile-first checkout.

Outcome. Online orders now run alongside in-store sales with shared inventory; the client reported strong online growth in the first six months.
